Residence Manager
Salary: $64,400-$66,500 annually
Shift: Mon - Fri (varied hours)
Location: Riverdale, NY
The Residential Manager will provide supervision, training, support, coaching, and oversight in the residential program(s) to which they are assigned. The Residential Manager will lead the interdisciplinary treatment team in the development, implementation, and oversight of person-centered treatment plans. In collaboration with the Assistant Residential Director or, in their absence, the Director of Residential Services, ensures the health, safety and well-being of all persons supported and develops a person-centered culture within the program(s). The Residential Manager is responsible for providing 24-hour/7-day per week coverage of the residence and for the development of staffing schedules that meet the needs of the program(s).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience working with OPWDD regulations and policies.
- Maintenance of necessary certifications as per OPWDD and Agency Regulations.
- The ability to lead others, exercise good judgment, understand and follow written and oral instructions, and to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable with daily use of technology.
- Valid unrestricted Driver’s License within Agency Standards.
- Demonstrated competency in written, verbal and computational skills to document records in accordance with program and OPWDD mandates.
- Successful completion of criminal background history and fingerprint examination.
